Legal Operator & Payment Processing Notice
ServizMate is a home-services marketplace owned and operated by Edone Solutions, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Online payments made to ServizMate are collected and processed by Edone Solutions through Razorpay.
1. Customer Pricing, Estimates & Payment Rules
A. Baseline Labor & Visiting Estimates
Prices displayed on our service catalog (e.g. ₹199 for minor electrical repairs, ₹249 for standard plumbing inspections) represent standard baseline labor and visit estimates. All applicable rates are transparently displayed before booking confirmation.
B. Advance Approval Required for Parts & Extra Labor
Home repairs often involve unique site conditions or worn-out internal parts that cannot be diagnosed remotely. Our strict policy requires technicians to inspect the site and provide a clear, itemized price estimate before beginning work.
- Technicians must obtain explicit customer consent on estimated extra charges before work starts.
- Customers are never obligated to accept unexpected repair quotes and may cancel without penalty.
- Spare parts, replacement hardware, or consumables may be procured by the customer or supplied by the technician upon agreed reimbursement.
C. Direct Doorstep Settlement (0% Platform Commission)
ServizMate does not collect or process the customer's service bill. Payment is made directly by the customer to the technician at the doorstep via:
- Cash on Delivery (COD); or
- Direct UPI transfer to the technician's personal UPI QR code or VPA.
ServizMate takes ₹0 commission from the customer bill. 100% of the customer payment is kept by the hardworking professional.
2. Professional Fees & Razorpay Online Collections
All online payments made on ServizMate are collected by Edone Solutions through Razorpay and are strictly limited to professional onboarding and lead credits:
One-Time Partner Joining Fee₹2,360 (incl. 18% GST)
Payable online via Razorpay once an application is administratively approved.
- Base Onboarding Fee: ₹2,000.00
- Applicable Goods & Services Tax (18% GST): ₹360.00
- Total Payable Amount: ₹2,360.00
Covers document verification, credential checks, and lifetime partner profile activation.
Prepaid Lead Credits
Professionals select from transparent recharge plans (e.g., ₹1,000, ₹2,000, or ₹5,000) displayed in their partner dashboard. The exact payable amount and GST breakdown are shown clearly on the Razorpay checkout screen before confirmation.
Prepaid lead credits are applied to the professional's balance immediately upon verified payment capture.
3. Lead Plans & Deduction Rules
Leads are dispatched to verified professionals according to the live platform configuration:
Exclusive Leads
The booking lead is dispatched exclusively to one assigned professional. The full category lead price is deducted from the professional's prepaid lead balance upon assignment.
Shared Leads (Shared 5 & Shared 10 Pools)
Leads in shared pools are distributed evenly among verified pool members using a server-authoritative round-robin algorithm. In shared pools, all participating pool members are charged the agreed lower shared lead fee atomically from their lead balance upon pool dispatch.
Free Leads Status
Where platform administrators grant promotional "Free Leads" status (e.g. for initial onboarding evaluation or high-demand categories), the professional receives leads at ₹0 lead fee without any balance deduction.
4. Payment Security & Razorpay Compliance
Payment Gateway Security Standards:
Online professional payments are processed through Razorpay, an RBI-authorized Payment Aggregator operating in compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 specifications.
- ServizMate and Edone Solutions never store or handle full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or netbanking passwords.
- All online payment sessions use end-to-end 256-bit encryption (TLS 1.3).
- Automated webhook verification ensures payments are credited only upon authoritative signature validation.

- How much does a customer pay when booking online on ServizMate?
- ₹0. Booking a service on ServizMate is completely free. Customers do not make any online payment when placing a booking on the website.
- How and when does a customer pay for the service?
- Customers pay the independent technician directly at their doorstep upon full completion of the job, using Cash or the technician's personal UPI QR code (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
- What is the professional onboarding / joining fee?
- Approved professionals pay a one-time onboarding fee of ₹2,000 + 18% GST (₹2,360 total) collected via Razorpay, covering document screening, background verification, and partner portal activation.
- What are lead credits and how are they charged?
- Lead credits are prepaid platform balances purchased by verified professionals through Razorpay. When a customer lead is dispatched, the preset category fee (e.g. ₹50, ₹100, or ₹150) is deducted according to the active lead plan (Exclusive, Shared 5, or Shared 10).
- Does ServizMate take any commission from the customer bill?
- No. ServizMate charges 0% commission on the final customer service bill. The professional retains 100% of the customer's payment.
