We process personal data strictly for legitimate operational and legal purposes, including:

• Facilitating Bookings: To record your service request, match you with an available verified professional in your locality, and transmit job details.
• Authentication & Account Security: To verify your identity via mobile OTP, prevent unauthorized access, and detect fraudulent bookings.
• Partner Onboarding & Compliance: To verify professional credentials, perform safety checks, and activate verified partner profiles.
• Lead Credit Accounting: To record partner joining fee payments, credit prepaid lead balances, and maintain an immutable ledger of lead dispatches.
• Quality Assurance & Dispute Resolution: To review customer feedback, inspect job photos in case of disputes, and assist customers in resolving service issues.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with tax laws, statutory record-keeping, and legal orders from competent government or judicial authorities.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following manners:

• With Assigned Professionals: Once a booking is confirmed, the assigned technician receives the customer's name, phone number, and service address to travel to the location and perform the job.
• With SMS & Telephony Gateways: We share mobile numbers with trusted telecommunication aggregators (e.g. MSG91, 2Factor) solely to transmit login OTPs and transactional booking alerts.
• With Cloud & Database Infrastructure: Data is securely hosted on SOC-2 and ISO-27001 compliant cloud infrastructure (Supabase on AWS/GCP and Cloudflare).
• With Legal & Law Enforcement Authorities: We disclose data only if required by a valid subpoena, court order, or applicable Indian law enforcement directive.

ServizMate uses strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage (localStorage) to:

• Maintain your secure authenticated login session across page refreshes;
• Remember your chosen city/locality preference (e.g., Hyderabad);
• Prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and secure API endpoints.

We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site advertising tracking cookies.

Edone Solutions implements robust technical, organizational, and physical security measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure:

• All network traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS 1.3).
